Cardiology - PA Job Quick Facts: • Specialty: Cardiology Physician Assistant • Job Type: Locum Tenens • Facility Location: Hillsboro & Portland, OR • Service Setting: Outpatient • Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Period: Mar 1, 2026 - Ongoing • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Shift Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p -Hillsboro(Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays) -Portland ( Monday & Friday) • Patient Demographics: Adults • Patient Volume: 13 per shift • Physician in Practice: 27 • Support Staff: -Portland- 8 MDs, 5 APPs, 9 RNs, 11 MAs, 4 schedulers, 4 front office staff. 2 supervisors and 1 manager present daily. -Hillsboro-1 MD, 1 locum PA (until end of March), 3 MAs, 1 RN, 1 scheduler, Sonographer, 1 supervisor and 1 manager rotate and are present a few days a week, • EMR: Epic • Hospital Privileges required: Yes • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements
- Active OR License
- BC/BE
- ACLS,BLS
- OR DEA
- 2 years of Cardiology experience
