About The Position
Specialty: Cardiology Physician Assistant Job Type: Locum Tenens Facility Location: Hillsboro & Portland, OR Service Setting: Outpatient Reason For Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: Mar 1, 2026 - Ongoing Coverage Type: Clinical Only Shift Schedule: M -F; 8a -5p -Hillsboro(Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays) -Portland ( Monday & Friday) Patient Demographics: Adults Patient Volume: 13 per shift Physician in Practice: 27 Support Staff: -Portland - 8 MDs, 5 APPs, 9 RNs, 11 MAs, 4 schedulers, 4 front office staff. 2 supervisors and 1 manager present daily. -Hillsboro -1 MD, 1 locum PA (until end of March), 3 MAs, 1 RN, 1 scheduler, Sonographer, 1 supervisor and 1 manager rotate and are present a few days a week, EMR: Epic Hospital Privileges required: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements
- Active OR License
- BC/BE
- ACLS,BLS
- OR DEA
- 2 years of Cardiology experience
