About The Position
Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) - Cardiovascular Medicine 📍 Lady Lake, FL Village Heart & Vein — a proud partner of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA) — is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Lady Lake. This is an opportunity to practice with autonomy in a well-established, physician-led cardiology group serving one of the most active adult communities in the country. Experienced cardiology APPs are highly encouraged to apply. APPs with strong clinical backgrounds and a genuine interest in cardiology will also be considered. Requirements
- Board-certified NP or PA-C
- Active Florida license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing patients independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Cardiology experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct outpatient cardiac evaluations, follow-ups, and chronic disease management
- Manage medication adjustments and review diagnostic testing
- Develop and implement treatment plans with appropriate physician collaboration
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinic setting
