FTE: 100% WORK SHIFT Days PAY RANGE: $45.15 - $69.21 UNION: UFCW 3000-Professional and Technical SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS: Retention Incentive: $5000 Weekend & Holidays Shifts: No On Call Shifts: No Shift Differentials: Evening $3.00/hour Night $5.00/hour Premiums: Weekend Premium $4.50/hour Standby Premium $4.00/hour Per Diem Premium 15% (on base, in lieu of benefits) Certification Premium $2.00/hour JOB DESCRIPTION: Applies sonography safely to patients for diagnostic purposes upon the request of a physician. Also works under the supervision of the interpreting physicians for cardiac sonography.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited cardiac sonography program.
- Credentialed or eligible for credentialing through American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Must be credentialed within one year of hire date.
- Current BLS.
Nice To Haves
- Two years previous experience in adult transthoracic, stress (exercise and dobutamine), transesophageal (TEE) cardiac ultrasound preferred.
- Hospital setting preferred.
