Cardiac Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)Join our dynamic cardiology team and provide advanced care for patients with cardiovascular conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role includes leadership responsibilities within our growing structural heart program.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessmentsProvide pre- and post-operative care for invasive cardiology patients (Interventional and EP) Manage patients in PACU, cath lab, EP lab, and post-procedure unitsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests Develop treatment plans with cardiologists and surgeonsServe as lead provider and coordinator for structural heart program (TAVR, Watchman, PFO)Educate patients and families; ensure accurate EHR documentationQualifications:Graduate of accredited PA or NP program; current MA licensureBLS and ACLS required, certification by credentialing bodyCardiology and/or cardiothoracic surgery experience strongly preferredStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsAble to work independently and take initiativeSchedule:This role requires flexibility to work varying shifts within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. May require on-call No weekends or holidaysJob Description:ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):Perform thorough patient assessments including histories and physical examinationsProvide pre- and post-procedural or surgical care across various settingsMonitor and manage patients in procedural areas and recovery units as neededOrder, interpret, and act upon appropriate diagnostic tests (e.g., lab work, imaging, EKGs)Collaborate with physicians and other providers to develop and implement individualized care plansServe as a point of contact for patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring education and coordination throughout the continuum of careDocument clinical findings and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support patient care protocolsQUALIFICATIONS:Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent licensure as a PA in the state of employmentNational certification by an approved credentialing body (e.g., NCCPA)BLS and ACLS certification requiredClinical experience in acute or procedural care settings preferredStrong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skillsOTHER REQUIREMENTS:Ability to work in fast-paced hospital and outpatient environmentsMay include evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities depending on clinical needsExposure to high-acuity patient populations and critical care scenarios Pay Range: $147,180.80 USD - $200,158.40 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current licensure as a PA in the state of employment
• National certification by an approved credentialing body (e.g., NCCPA)
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Clinical experience in acute or procedural care settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced hospital and outpatient environments
• May include evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities depending on clinical needs
• Exposure to high-acuity patient populations and critical care scenarios
• Graduate of accredited PA or NP program; current MA licensure
• BLS and ACLS required, certification by credentialing body

Nice To Haves

• Cardiology and/or cardiothoracic surgery experience strongly preferred
• Able to work independently and take initiative
