About The Position

At Prenuvo , we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive "sick-care" to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against "we caught it too late again". As we expand our cardiac imaging capabilities including strain imaging we are seeking radiologists or cardiologists with cardiac MRI expertise to join our forward-thinking team focused on early detection, prevention, and proactive care. This role reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Radiology and is fully remote within the U.S. Prenuvo was founded by a radiologist who wanted a better way to practice—one that values quality, flexibility, and meaning. Requirements

  • MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology or Cardiology
  • Active U.S. medical license , with California license required
  • Extensive experience in cardiac MRI , including function evaluation and strain imaging
  • Good standing with applicable state medical boards
  • Detail-oriented, patient-centered mindset and a passion for proactive, preventative medicine

Nice To Haves

  • Fellowship training in cardiovascular imaging highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Interpret cardiac MRI studies, including: Ventricular function and morphology
  • Cardiac strain myocardial deformation assessments
  • Produce clear, high-quality, clinically meaningful reports aligned with Prenuvo standards.
  • Communicate actionable findings to patients and referring clinicians.
  • Participate in peer review, educational discussions, and continuous quality improvement.
  • Share urgent or unexpected results promptly and thoughtfully.
  • Uphold Prenuvo’s standards for diagnostic excellence, compassion, and consistency.
