Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Cardiac Electrophysiology Technologist for a financially stable, high-performing hospital system in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is a high-impact role supporting advanced cardiac procedures within a collaborative EP lab environment. POSITION OVERVIEW The EP Technologist assists physicians in performing electrophysiology procedures by preparing equipment, supporting patient care, and ensuring procedural accuracy and safety. This role is critical to delivering high-quality cardiovascular care in a fast-paced acute care setting. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care EP Tech experience required
  • Associate degree required
  • RCES certification OR ARRT with Florida Radiologic Technologist license
  • Basic Life Support required within 30 days of hire
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to work in fast-paced acute care environment
  • Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and operate electrophysiology lab equipment
  • Assist physicians during EP procedures
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure safety
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional examinations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams
  • Deliver high-quality care across adult and geriatric populations
