We are seeking a Nurse Leader interested in joining a high-performing leadership team within a state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab. The Cath and EP Lab Holding Area provides care for both inpatient and outpatient populations and is responsible for patient care during the pre- and post-procedural phases, with a focus on advancing high-quality cardiovascular care. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) will collaborate with the Leadership Team to energize and engage staff in achieving optimal patient outcomes. The ANM will assume an integral role in staff education, performance improvement initiatives, resource allocation, and orientation, while partnering with the NM to articulate and achieve unit and organizational goals. Candidates must demonstrate effective group leadership, delegation, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to complete projects within designated timeframes. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to function effectively in a leadership role, remain flexible while caring for a diverse patient population, and work collaboratively as an active member of an interdisciplinary team. Experience in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements

  • Experience in the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Lab is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 3 years of Nursing experience in an acute care setting required.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in a Nursing specialty area upon hire preferred.
