About The Position

Assist in planning and performing system(s) analysis for the Card Operations Department. Identifies, evaluates and develops recommendations that meet business needs. Develops, implements, and tests applications and system projects (i.e., new releases, updates, features). Assists in most aspects of the project life cycle, including proposal, planning, requirement gathering, design, development, testing and implementation of new enhancements to existing systems and applications. Compiles and analyzes statistics, performs reporting duties, and various functions as required. Acts as an “internal consultant” for the department and provides a bridge between the business requirements and the technical definition of card products.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience in Card Operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of card processing industry and related products and services.
  • Familiarity with related accounting procedures and ability to analyze accounts.
  • Able to use 10-key, PC, teller terminal, telephone, card machine, and all related business equipment.
  • Good understanding of project oversight.
  • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and public relations skills and ability to assist others.
  • Solid math skills.
  • Well organized, with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
