About The Position

Decision Debit Protect / Fico alerts Decision Debit Protect permits & timeframes Identify and report fraud trends within required timelines Complete tasks accurately and timely to ensure compliance with state, federal, and banking regulations Complete assigned tasks according to company policy and procedure Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality Other tasks as assigned Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Position level dependent upon experience FCBI is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and general office equipment
• Ability to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible
• Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
• Ability to maintain productivity, focus, and meet strict deadlines amid frequent interruptions
• Strong customer service skills (both internal and external customers)
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
