About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, and customer-focused individuals to join their team. As a Team Member, you will operate in a fast-paced environment, focusing on operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.
Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required.
Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
