About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join their team as a Team Member. This role involves supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include providing best-in-class customer service, assisting with sales initiatives and membership growth using an electronic tablet, ensuring the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean and operational, optimizing vehicle throughput, adhering to safety procedures, and performing general housekeeping and inventory monitoring.

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Working at least one day on the weekend is required.
• Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
