About The Position

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking hard-working, dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join their team as a Car Wash Team Member. This role involves supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

• At least 16 years of age.
• Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level.
• Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at least one day on the weekend is required.
• Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies.
• Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.
