Positions Location: Carson City, MI Job Description General Purpose of Job: Process, coordinate, and schedule patient referrals and follow up appointments. Provide support and perform a variety of secretarial/administrative tasks for the department. Responsible for creating an experienced based service by greeting every patient using AIDET while performing check in/check out duties. Responsible for accurately gathering pertinent patient information and patient preferences during the scheduling and registration process.
