Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Guide customers through test drives and showcase key features and benefits
• Walk customers through the full sales process, including financing and paperwork
• Consistently hit (and exceed) sales goals and performance targets
• Stay up-to-date on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge
• Build lasting relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
