Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred (automotive, retail, or other high-performance sales environments)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them to the right vehicle
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first interaction to final sale
  • Conduct test drives and confidently present vehicle features and benefits
  • Assist customers through the full sales process, including financing and paperwork
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
  • Stay up-to-date on inventory, promotions, and product knowledge
  • Build lasting relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
