Requirements
- A friendly smile and a people-first attitude
- Reliability, coachability, and a sense of humor wouldn’t hurt
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (we checked — Mario Kart doesn’t count)
- A desire to grow with a company that values honesty and community
Responsibilities
- Help customers find the right car — without the pushy sales vibe
- Build trust, not tension
- Educate customers about vehicles, trade-ins, and financing options (you’ll sound like an expert in no time)
- Work with a great team that’s got your back every step of the way
