About The Position

WOOD Federal is seeking a Capture Operations Analyst to support and drive the front end of our growth engine. This role sits at the top of the business development lifecycle, where opportunities are identified, evaluated, and advanced. You will not be writing proposals. You will ensure the right opportunities move forward—and nothing critical is missed.

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and self-directed
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Strong follow-through and accountability
• Able to push for clarity and action
• 3–8 years in federal contracting environment
• Experience with opportunity research, BD coordination, or capture support
• Familiarity with federal procurement lifecycle
• CRM or tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal trackers)
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• This position requires all candidates to be U.S. Citizens.
