About The Position

The Opportunity: Drive the capture of business development opportunities including shaping, proposal, contract start-up, and execution. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise , and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Capture Manager leading and managing complex capture efforts within DoW or Intelligence Community
  • Experience with developing Cyber solutions for DoW and the Intelligence Community in the Cyber operational domain
  • Experience with executing all phases of capture efforts, including strategic planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, and competitive analyses
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and partners
  • Experience in proposal development with organizations and program offices in the DoW with a variety of acqui sit ion sizes
  • Experience with leading teams, working through others, and obtaining outcomes from various teams
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
  • The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD).
