The Capital Program Construction Manager is primarily responsible for the overall construction contract management of the County’s Capital Improvement Program for transportation and stormwater programs. This includes managing contracts such as resurfacing, sidewalk repair, and intersections. The team will oversee over 31 construction and CEI contracts totaling over $265 million. Additionally, the manager will coordinate the Emergency Response Damage Assessment team, which consists of approximately 35-50 designated damage assessment inspectors under Emergency Support Function-3.
