- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm - Responsible for both individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging knowledge of Finance functional area, tools and/or products - Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls - Act as a culture carrier; embody the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards - Support execution of Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Quarterly Stress Test governance, including producing meeting materials for senior management and Board-level meetings, setting quarterly and on-going governance requirements/ calendar - Provide guidance to input providers on bridging the gap between governance requirements and how they are applied in practice; collaborate with various stakeholders on annual policy and procedures narrative updates - Liaise with Internal Audit and Process Validation functions - Support capital planning governance initiatives/ regulatory requests - Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review and challenge management assumptions and overlays - Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences - Willingness to seek guidance and provide feedback to further develop self and peers - Strong writing skills, including ability to summarize various governance requirements with clarity and brevity - Excellent communication, interpersonal and client service skills, including ability to identify linkage between various governance requirements and practical applications - Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment - Proven track record of great teamwork and ability to work across organizational boundaries - Ability to work on multiple projects under a compressed timeline - Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work - Self-motivated and able to work independently - At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $90,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
