As a Technology Consulting Leader for Capital Market Platforms , you will oversee large, complex technology programs in the Capital Markets space, managing multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams while ensuring high-quality delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role combines program management, client account leadership, and business development, with deep expertise in leading Capital Market platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years' experience in the Capital Markets Platforms technology domain
  • Minimum of 3 years’ of experience in managing one/multiple leading Capital Market Platforms within the Sell Side or Buy side spaces (Murex, Calypso, Simcorp, Blackrock,…)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ of experience as a Client account Platforms Manager for various clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent OR equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage independently and develop large teams of consultants including senior managers in multi-location
  • Ability to Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at Platform vendors

Nice To Haves

  • Experience acting as a delivery lead for complex programs including consulting, system integration and managed services type of work
  • Experience in originating sales and managing opportunities
