Overview Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a summer intern to support the Capital Markets team. The primary focus of this role will be to document capital markets processes and financial models. This includes mapping model inputs, identifying the sources of those inputs, documenting compliance processes, automating certain compliance-related communications, and developing capital markets reports using Power BI or similar tools. The summer intern will contribute to improving documentation, transparency, and reporting within the Capital Markets function while supporting ongoing team initiatives.
Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to document processes clearly
Responsibilities
- Document capital markets processes and related workflows
- Map model inputs and clearly identify the source of each input
- Document existing financial models, including structure and assumptions
- Document compliance processes related to capital markets activities
- Automate certain compliance-related email communications
- Develop capital markets reports using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Support reporting and documentation needs for the Capital Markets team
- Assist with day-to-day team activities as needed
