As a Capital Markets Assistant Sr. within PNC's Capital Markets organization, you will be based in New York, NY. Job Description Assists with complex capital markets transactions and supports the assigned sales/trading team; provides high quality customer service with respect to client inquiries, transaction support, reporting and database management. Executing assigned responsibilities proactively with a high degree of autonomy. This includes self-directed problem solving and trade execution on a reverse inquiry basis. Processes or coordinates corporate and institutional client requests for the purchase or sale of capital markets products. Acts as primary liaison between front office and operations team for the sales/trading desk. Performs administrative and support tasks for a sales/trading team. Tracks client documentation and trade settlement processes. Develops a working knowledge of the products and capabilities of the assigned business. Provides support for client relationships and ensures consistency and continuity in their support role. Acts as first point of escalation for client services requests to provide an enhanced customer experience. Training and providing job-related guidance on processes, products, and clients to junior members of the team.
