As a Capital Markets Director Str/Org (F) within PNC's Public Finance organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC, Raleigh, NC, Winston-Salem, NC, Atlanta, GA, New York, NY. Public Finance experience preferred PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description Leads originations and structuring activities for a specific capital markets product, strategy or industry. Manages and develops client relationships. Provides superior client experience. Works closely with sales team, relationship managers, traders and other internal service partners to originate and structure capital markets solutions to our clients. Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client relationships. Coordinates the execution of key comprehensive capital markets strategies to maximize sales and new business activity. Maintains current knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Provides coaching to other team members. Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree.
  • Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable.
  • Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years.
  • Specific certifications are often required.
  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
