Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Capital Management and Pricing Senior Lead Consultant in Charlotte, NC. Job Role and Responsibility: Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence objectives, products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within Capital Management & Pricing. Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas within Commercial Banking. Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others. Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership in Commercial Banking on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale cross-functional or companywide strategies. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise. Serve as an expert advisor to leadership. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week.
