The Canvassing Representative generates qualified leads and schedules in-home appointments through direct, door-to-door conversations with homeowners. You’ll represent AWS professionally in the field while following proven processes and hitting clear performance goals that directly drive company growth. - Ability to pass drug, background, and fingerprint screening
- Able to work outdoors and carry light materials
Responsibilities
- Engage Homeowners: Start conversations, build rapport, and uncover needs
- Set Appointments: Generate qualified in-home demos for the sales team
- Track Results: Log leads and activity to measure performance
- Improve Daily: Participate in coaching and team training
- Represent the Brand: Maintain professionalism, energy, and integrity in the field
