About The Position

Aesthetic Roofing is hiring driven, competitive individuals for a Door-to-Door Canvasser / Outside Sales Representative position.
We offer a base pay or commission structure, providing income stability along with strong performance upside.
If you’re motivated, coachable, and want a fast path into high-level roofing sales, this is a real opportunity not a dead-end sales job.
Our office team handles the backend operations insurance claims, customer communication, project management so you can stay focused on generating opportunity and income.

Requirements

• Door-to-door, canvassing, or outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Confident and professional presence
• Competitive mindset
• Ability to work outdoors and stay consistent
• At least 1 year at previous jobs preferred
• Accountability

• Mental grit

Responsibilities

• Canvassing residential neighborhoods
• Speaking with homeowners about roofing inspections
• Scheduling qualified appointments
• Generating inspections that convert to revenue
• Attending team meetings
• Working full days in the field
