This is not a clipboard-only leadership role. This is a performance + coaching role. Compensation $65,000 – $95,000+ annually Base Pay + Personal Production Bonus & Commissions You win when your team wins.

Responsibilities

• Daily canvass team production
• Appointment-setting volume + quality
• Training and onboarding new canvassers
• Field ride-alongs and live coaching
• Tracking team KPIs (sets, demos, conversions)
• Culture, energy, and accountability
