About The Position
The fabulous Lazy E Arena is looking for a Line Cook to join our Cantina kitchen team! This is a unique opportunity to be part of a vibrant environment that hosts a variety of exciting events including roping, rodeos, barrel races, western sports, Arena-cross, and cheerleading competitions.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage a one-person kitchen efficiently and independently
- Prep food prior to kitchen opening
- Accurately read order tickets and prioritize preparation
- Operate basic kitchen equipment, such as a flat top grill and fryer
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout the shift
- Complete end-of-shift cleaning duties
