Supervise and direct maintenance operations in the Canning Plant.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or 2-year Degree/Associate Degree
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to effectively present information to management
Ability to apply mathematical operation to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of a variety of data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract variables.
Leadership: a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results from others
Planning: an ability to think ahead and plan over a six month to one year period
Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Problem analysis and problem resolution capabilities at both strategic and functional levels

Bachelor's degree with production experience, or equivalent experience
Experience in further processing maintenance equipment, and other areas in a further processing plant.
Advanced computer efficiency
Knowledge of PMs, efficiency, and cost.
