About The Position

Reporting to the Manager of Maintenance, you will lead a team of maintenance professionals to ensure mechanical integrity, drive equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient production within Jackson, TN facility. You will guide daily maintenance activities, foster continuous improvement, and champion a culture of collaboration and accountability across a 20‑person department. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead the maintenance team by scheduling work, allocating personnel, and coordinating resources to meet production needs. Oversee performance of production lines, identifying mechanical trends and opportunities to improve efficiency. Train, motivate, and guide employees to follow safe work practices aligned with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. Build teamwork across the department to support operational goals. Manage labor costs and overtime to support budget objectives. Monitor machinery and equipment to support a safe work environment for every employee. Maintain and elevate preventive and predictive maintenance programs and continually assess maintenance activity frequencies. Drive continuous improvement within the maintenance function to enhance production line performance. Ingredients Required for Your Success High school diploma or GED 3+ years of maintenance experience. Previous supervisory experience. Skilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs. Knowledge of electronic and electrical principles. Computer‑aided design or drafting experience preferred. Relocation assistance is available for this position. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience.
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting safety rules, blueprints, schematics, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

  • Knowledge of electronic and electrical principles.
