Requirements

21+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable standing/sitting for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Comfortable working in a two-story warehouse, using stairs regularly, and working at heights (mezzanines/upper levels)
Basic computer skills preferred
Reliable, efficient, and team-oriented
Open Availability Required

Experience with trimming, rolling, or production environments

Responsibilities

Grind and prepare cannabis for pre-roll production
Operate rolling machines and assist with hand-rolled products
Sift material and ensure consistency for production
Perform quality checks to ensure accurate weights and standards
Track production output, inventory, and daily totals by strain
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
Collaborate with leads to meet production goals and deadlines
Support training, R&D, and other processing departments as needed
