This is a high volume, dynamic role that requires initiative and excellent communication skills as you will work directly with candidates and Weaver leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Accounting or a related field.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in recruiting, event planning, human resources, public accounting or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Accounting or related field
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments
Ability to travel to campus events on the East Coast

Responsibilities

Coordinate, plan and attend campus recruiting events for our East Coast region
Build and maintain relationships with appropriate faculty at target Universities
Review applications and conduct phone screens for assigned positions
Develop knowledge of the marketplace and the firm’s various services lines
Interact with and foster relationships with hiring Managers and Partners by providing updates and guidance throughout the recruiting process
Document candidate activity, internal communications and metrics through internal tracking documents and Weaver’s applicant tracking system

Base pay range in New York City is estimated to be $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
