About The Position

Teradyne's Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Campus Recruiter to lead our university engagement and early career hiring efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. As a Campus Recruiter, you will take full ownership of our university partnerships, manage high-impact campus events, and drive the full-cycle recruitment process for interns, co-ops, and early career talent. You'll be a strategic connector-linking students to meaningful opportunities and helping shape the future of Teradyne's workforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle campus recruiting experience, ideally in technical or engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain university partnerships and engage student communities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience supporting business stakeholders and campus ambassadors.
  • Comfort working in a high-energy, event-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences and representing Teradyne's brand with enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally during peak hiring seasons (up to 40%).
  • Must be local to the North Reading office; relocation and visa sponsorship are not available for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner within the global Talent Acquisition CoE and collaborate closely with business unit leaders to align hiring needs with campus strategies.
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for university and early career roles-from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with university stakeholders, including career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute impactful campus and hiring events that elevate Teradyne's brand and attract top talent. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Design and deliver engaging intern/co-op programming, including events, training, and development opportunities that foster growth and connection.
  • Maintain a curated talent pipeline and ensure consistent, high-touch communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Track recruiting metrics and share insights with HR and business leaders to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws in all campus hiring activities.
  • Manage and evolve campus recruiting materials and resources to support regional and local initiatives.
