Sodexo is seeking a Campus Executive Chef for California State University San Marcos. The Executive Chef will ideally have experience managing multi-site catering and residential dining operations. This role will oversee menu execution through the culinary team, coaching staff on fine dining presentation, and ensuring adherence to the highest customer service standards. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for maintaining food safety compliance and leading the culinary team with vision and professionalism. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions.
