About The Position

Shepherds Ministries is seeking a Campus Director to oversee the Empowered 4 Life Center in Franklin, TN. This role involves serving as the administrator of the assigned school or center, overseeing all operations and personnel management in pursuit of Shepherds’ mission. The Campus Director is responsible for promoting Shepherds’ culture, core beliefs, and key behaviors to create a thriving learning environment for students. Shepherds College is a Christ-centered, post-secondary school dedicated to equipping young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with purpose, confidence, and faith through Appropriate Independence™.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of all campus programming.
Promote close working relationships with parents, students, and staff.
Manage and administer the student conduct, discipline, and complaint policies while directing students to acknowledge and manage responsible personal conduct.
Develop, promote, and evaluate goals and objectives for programs under his/her supervision.
Assess student needs and provide support services to respond to those needs.
Evaluate the performance of staff in assigned areas of responsibility.
Work closely with other members of the staff in support of student development and learning.
Oversee the collection, entry, and verification of educational management information and student data.
Work with enrollment services to coordinate student retention efforts and enrollment management in accordance to the college’s strategic plan.
Participate in the recruitment, selection, orientation, and evaluation of staff in appropriate disciplines.
Interact with prospective students, parents, educators, donors, and other stakeholders.
Manage the campus budget, including the monitoring and approval of expenditures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
