About the Role The Campus Coordinator ensures the campus runs smoothly every day. You are a flexible, steady presence who fills in wherever needed to keep students safe and the day on track. You support operations, family experience, safety, and logistics so Primer Leaders and Studio Guides can focus on teaching. You manage arrival, attendance, lunch, recess, facilities needs, and dismissal while keeping the campus organized, safe, and welcoming. You are the operational heartbeat of the school and a daily partner to the Campus Leader.
