About The Position

The Campus Assistant role is responsible for supporting the Campus Pastor as well as the campus team in various ways. They will be responsible for caring for the campus budget as the SME, scheduling meetings and events for the campus pastor and staff members of the Gardens campus and help to care for external events at the Gardens campus such as graduations and weekday events. They will work in tandem with the campus coordinator in clear lanes sharing the responsibilities of the Gardens campus.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and managing teams of volunteers and event management and coordination
  • Working knowledge of managing multiple budgets and data collection and reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Campus Pastor calendar by scheduling meetings and ensuring optimization of time.
  • Care for the Gardens campus budget as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) by utilizing Prophix
  • Care for and complete Campus Pastor Concur
  • Support the CP by helping to organize and execute moments such as Gardens Staff Meetings, work anniversaries and birthdays.
  • Support the CP in tasks such as thank you cards to first time or long time givers at the campus etc.
  • Support the Campus Pastor on Sundays in weekend followup, campus tasks and staff/Dream Team/Congregational care
  • Schedule all calendar holds and meetings for Gardens staff such as outreach event holds, Gardens Staff Meetings, Huddles and service times etc.
  • Work with the Campus Coordinator in ordering Dream Team Central and campus supplies for weekend/weekday ministry.
  • Manage the details and relationships of all weekday events at the campus such as Kingdom Builder Events, CF Conference, graduations and “one-off” events hosted at the campus.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Pastor and Kalysa Hoffpauir/ Kevin Wilson (Events team) to manage the global calendar and choose what events can land and where they take place.
  • Care for the office area so that we can host people well, this includes coffee, drinks, etc.
