About The Position

Essential Functions Operate Campus Photo ID System Administer the campus photo identification system in a courteous and efficient manner. Verify student registration status, capture photographs, and produce student and employee identification cards. Information Desk Operations Provide daily coverage of the campus information desk as assigned. Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, students, faculty, and staff by greeting individuals, answering a multi-line phone system, responding to inquiries, and directing individuals to appropriate offices or classrooms in a professional manner. Campus Event Coordination Support Assist with the coordination and execution of on-campus events for internal and external groups. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting event requests, maintaining the campus events calendar, and coordinating space and resource allocation. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students, faculty members, and college employees feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment. Support the College’s policies and programming related to access, fair employment, and equal opportunities for all. Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or GED .
