About The Position

Campaign Activation Manager The Campaign Activation Manager is responsible for executing and managing digital campaigns to increase Philips reputation and generate demand for the company's products, software and services. This is a key role to serve Businesses and Regions by optimizing campaign execution and centralizing resources to drive to stronger ROI. Your role: Act as single point of contact for integrated campaigns for the region, supported under service level agreement. Ensure that all digital campaign media (paid search, social, display, others) are planned, set up, run, and optimized according to the defined strategy and development processes. Lead creation and coordination of cross-channel digital (paid) media plans, responding to regional briefs and supervising and managing media and channel resources to ensure effective operations. Ensure the digital campaign ecosystem and targets are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPIs. Manage campaign performance on behalf of the region together with the Marketing Insights & Analytics team. Ensure effective communication and cooperation between the local region team and the Center of Excellence team. Leverage best practices and help to streamline the activation marketing processes in the market. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years’ experience of driving digital excellence and managing digital campaigns in a complex business environment in a central or market function. Your skills include deep understanding of owned (.com, email marketing), earned, and paid media (SEA/SEM/PPC, social, programmatic) methodologies and ability to apply integrated campaign approach and hands-on mentality, E2E ownership combined with excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills. You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s Degree nice to have. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $135,000 to $216,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
