About The Position

The Camp Store Assistant supports T Bar M’s mission by providing support to the Camp Store Manager by assisting in the logistical operations of the Camp Store during the summer months. This seasonal role involves overseeing care pack distribution, assisting in communications with parents, and managing online orders. The role requires strong organizational skills, and basic proficiency in technology. A growing relationship with Christ and a heart for service are essential qualities for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all online orders
• Help serve guests and customers
• Provide oversight in the distribution of care packs and cabins deliveries for all camps
• Assist in communication with parents through phone calls and emails
• Provide support to the summer staff
• Aid in inventory management
• Maintain snack/drink inventory and ordering
