Summer Camp Site Director Penobscot Bay YMCA | Seasonal Leadership Role Ready to take the lead this summer? The Penobscot Bay YMCA is seeking a responsible, organized, and energetic Camp Site Director to help lead a successful and engaging summer camp program. This is a hands-on leadership role perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, mentoring staff, and keeping programs running smoothly. The Penobscot Bay YMCA is a community cornerstone where all people can connect, grow, and thrive. As Camp Site Director, you play an important role in bringing that mission to life for the children and families we serve each summer. Position Details • June 2026 – August 2026 • Required training week: TBA (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) • Monday–Friday (up to 40 hours per week) • Scheduled between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM • Weekends off • $22/hour • +$1/hour with lifeguard certification Why This Role Matters The YMCA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
