For more information go to: www.mounthermon.org/internships Position Objective: The Camp Services Intern will function as a support role within the Camp Services Department, primarily assisting the Senior Director of Camp Services in the leadership and development of the Camp Service Worker (CSW) program. This includes scheduling, spiritual discipleship, mentoring, communication, and cross-departmental coordination. The intern will also help foster a culture of Christlike service and intentional community among young adult staff while gaining firsthand experience in leadership and operations in a Christian camp environment. General Qualifications: The Camp Services Intern is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming Mount Hermon Association, Inc.’s (“MHA”) Christian mission, vision, beliefs, culture code and standards of conduct. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs and retreats. All staff are expected to join gatherings which include prayer, worship, and Bible-centered teaching.
