Under the supervision of the Camp Executive Director, the Camp Registrar administers and directs all facets of the Camp MacLean program registration process. The responsibilities of this part-time position include but are not limited to frontline customer service and sales representation, assist with camper sales, managing camper registrations, revenue processing, basic accounting transactions, logistical processing of marketing mailings, accurate record keeping and filing, and management of office machines and supplies. Carry out the mission of YMCA Camp MacLean. While reporting to the Executive Director, the Camp Registrar works closely with the YMCA Finance Department. The pay rate is $21.00-$22.00 per hour. This is a temporary, part-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule. Our staff is the Y's greatest asset.
