We are seeking enthusiastic applicants who are at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Counselors are responsible for ensuring campers have a positive, enjoyable experience by leading engaging activities and helping keep daily operations organized under the supervision of a head counselor. Experience working with youth ages 5 to 21 with intellectual or physical disabilities, particularly in an outdoor setting, is preferred but not required. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as counselors collaborate with fellow staff members to plan, schedule, and evaluate activities. This is a hands-on role that involves supervising campers, actively engaging with participants, and assisting with personal care as needed. First Aid and CPR certification is required, and training is available. Must be available on weekdays. Feel free to submit your resume—while it’s optional, we definitely encourage it! Successful candidates are required to pass a background check.
