The Camp Counselor is responsible for the direct supervision of program participants, the planning/implementation of age-appropriate activities, and the safety of participants enrolled in Adventure Camp, Trek & Travel Camp, or Before/After Camp. The entire wage range for this position is $15.00-$22.50. The hiring rate for the 2026 season is $15.00 for Adventure Camp; $15.25 for Trek and Travel; and $15.50 for Before and After. Counselors in Adventure Camp and Trek & Travel work approximately 40 hours a week (based on enrollment). Before and After Camp work 20 to 40 hours per week (based on enrollment).
