About The Position

The Call Loop Representative is a compassionate solution finder with excellent listening skills and a close attention to detail. The Call Loop Representative will support the customer experience department by delivering an elevated customer service experience while serving as a first point of contact for general inquiries to resolve customers’ concerns. A strong candidate for this role is able to provide quick resolutions to meet customer’s needs and establish relationships. The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to: Answering inbound calls from dealers, sales representatives and in-house departments in order to assist and research various questions in a timely manner Processing orders, returns, modifications, credit memos and debit memos for dealers and sales representatives Communicating effectively with various in-house departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness with wholesale orders Building customer relationships - earn their loyalty and trust by being kind and helpful Adhering to department policies regarding wholesale orders processes

Requirements

  • Positive and professional with a focus on solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make a difference to every customer, every time
  • Able to establish rapport with all kinds of people, listen attentively, and focus on the most important issues to help resolve customer concerns
  • An excellent communicator that is able to explain things in a way that is clear, concise and easy to understand
  • Open to feedback and personal growth especially in building interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels and foster a positive working environment
  • Organized and able to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited supervision
  • Comfortable and flexible with changing priorities
  • Able to promote strong work ethics – punctual, reliable and responsible
  • Highly motivated, a team player and a motivated self-starter
  • One or more years of customer contact handling utilizing both written and verbal communication preferred
  • Proficiency with technology and its function as a resource for solving problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
