Position Overview: We’re currently seeking Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. This is not a sales role, it’s about building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping homeowners schedule the services they need.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred
- A professional, upbeat phone presence
- High energy, trainable, and positive attitude
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Monday- Friday 7:30am -4:30pm
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Service Titan
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist potential customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and provide information about our services
- Accurately input data and customer details into our systems
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
- Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily operations
