Starting pay is $18.50 - $20.00 per hour plus Uncapped Bonuses. At DaBella We understand that it can be hard living off just an hourly wage or working multiple jobs to support your family. This is a full-time position with 35 hours a week plus opportunities to work overtime if available. Responsibilities

  • Take Inbound and make outbound calls to new and existing customers from our database.
  • Engage with each customer and update call log and dispositions accurately.
  • Reach out to previous customers for new sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed daily call volume and production goals.
  • Build rapport and urgency to persuade new customers to schedule a free consultation.
  • NO COLD CALLING!
